Move & Mingle
Move & Mingle is a morning wellness experience designed to help you move your body, reset your mind, and connect with community.
Each session begins with a 45-minute all-levels mat Pilates class focused on strength, lengthening, and mindful movement. You’ll then flow into a 45-minute Social Sips, where you can slow down, enjoy refreshments, and connect with others in a relaxed, welcoming space.
Expect a feel-good atmosphere and time that feels both energizing and grounding.
